Terms of use
Last updated: 2026-10-04
These terms cover your use of studentgpacalc.com, which is run by AUSSIE-AI LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom (company number 17193460). Using the site means you accept them.
Planning figures, not official records
The calculators turn the grades, credits and settings you enter into an estimate. Schools and colleges set their own scales, weights, rounding and course rules, and the GPA on your transcript is the only official figure. Do not rely on a result from this site for an application, scholarship, eligibility or graduation decision without checking it with your school, counselor or registrar.
No guarantee
We work to keep the calculators and guides accurate, and we test the maths against published examples. Even so, the site is provided "as is", without any promise that it is complete, current, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its results. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Using the site fairly
Please don't try to disrupt the site, copy it in bulk, scrape it at a rate that affects other visitors, or use it for anything unlawful.
Who owns what
The site's text, code and design belong to AUSSIE-AI LTD unless marked otherwise. You are welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with a link back. School and college names appear only to say whose published policy a figure comes from; none of them is connected to this site.
Other websites and ads
Pages link to school, college and government sources, and may show ads. We don't control those sites or advertisers and are not responsible for their content.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the current version. The laws of England and Wales govern these terms, without taking away any consumer rights you have where you live.
